Reels.io receives likes on Vegangster’s social-media-inspired engagement tool

Reels.io releases ‘Scroll & Play’ lobby feature made by Vegangster.

Players on the crypto casino get access to a never-ending feed of brief, autoplaying previews in the lobby, giving them a peek into gaming before launch.

Since its inception to satisfy the needs of changing player preferences in iGaming, Reels.io has reported that users are spending more time discovering new releases via the feed, and games are being included in the ‘Scroll & Play’ feed more often.

“Scroll & Play is a natural fit for how players already consume digital content,” said Michael Oziransky, Chief Product Officer at Vegangster. “On Reels.io the adoption happened so fast because there is almost no learning curve, the format feels familiar from the first scroll.

The stream can be used for game discovery but also to showcase promos and highlight future tournaments, in-casino events and limited-time campaigns.

‘Scroll & Play’ is simply one piece of a bigger cooperation between Reels.io and Vegangster. The crypto casino also uses storylines, an alternative to static text tutorials and lootboxes, which give players randomized incentives to increase player interest, like in video games.

iGaming: The Future
Earlier this month Oziransky spoke with iGaming Expert about the future of iGaming, and how the company is leveraging artificial intelligence.

“Any process done manually should be reviewed and optimized with AI,” he says. “What LLM essentially brings is working with a lot of unstructured data, being able to understand it, structure it and then create the workflows.

“Our immediate goal is to reimagine the AI assistant for the operator that’s not just focused on things like CRM campaigns, but also what’s called agents: workflows with integrated LLM.

“You need to have a business perspective, and look at the data, Some of the tasks will be around retention, while some will be in anti-fraud, VIP management and so on.

Oziransky insisted that the future is AI automation, but some things still require a human touch, such as VIP support.

“It’s a very specific thing and there’s a real personal element for the player, not just a workflow,” he continued.
